About Us

A dedicated team of counsellors committed to accessible, high-quality care.

Our Mission

We are committed to providing high-quality, affordable counselling that is accessible to people seeking support and tailored to your needs.

Our Values

We prioritise integrity, honesty, courage and safety in our work. Confidentiality is at the heart of everything we do.

Our practice is guided by the ethical frameworks of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

Our Approach

Rooted in humanistic theory, we believe in your ability to take responsibility, grow, and reach towards your potential. While our primary approach is humanistic, we also integrate insights from other therapeutic models and regularly reflect on our practice through a psychodynamic lens during professional supervision.

Our Team

Affordable Counselling's team of counsellors

With many years of combined experience in counselling and supervision, our team is dedicated to supporting you through your journey. All our counsellors and supervisors are members of either the BACP or the NCPS, and we adhere to their ethical guidelines.

We are also fully insured with public liability and professional indemnity coverage, ensuring your safety and peace of mind.
