Making Counselling Affordable
Our goal is for everyone who would like to have counselling to be able to access it. Our sessions are priced significantly below the UK average while maintaining high professional standards with qualified BACP or NCPS member counsellors. You decide how many sessions are right for you.
What you’ll pay & receive
WHAT’S INCLUDED (FOR £35 SESSION FEE):
– Counselling with a qualified, BACP or NCPS member counsellor
– 60-minute online session via secure video call (or in person in the Bristol area – supplement for room hire)
– No minimum commitment – you decide how many sessions
– Counsellor receiving professional supervision, ensuring quality care
IN-PERSON SESSIONS (BRISTOL AREA):
– If in-person sessions are preferred, we can book a room in the Bristol area
– You cover the cost of the room hire, in addition to the £35 session fee
HOW IT WORKS:
– Your counselling sessions will be online in the UK (or face to face in Bristol)
– Payment is made directly to your counsellor before each session
– Cancellations require 3 days’ notice, otherwise session fee applies
Low Cost Counselling
ALTERNATIVE OPTION – Sessions with counsellors in training:
For those on very limited budgets, Low Cost Counselling – our sister service – provides therapy with trainee counsellors completing their qualifications under close supervision.
The fee is £15-25 per session. You choose what you can afford within this range.
This service is based in Bristol and typically begins online, with the option to move to face-to-face sessions in your home (if local), once the therapeutic relationship is established.
